Prior law required the Advisory Committee on Perfusion to be composed of certain
members, including a member from nominees submitted by the Metropolitan Hospital
Council of New Orleans.
New law removes the Metropolitan Hospital Council of New Orleans and requires that only
the Louisiana Hospital Association submit a member nominee; otherwise, retains existing
law relative to the committee.
Effective August 1, 2022.
