Abstract: Requires that proof of COVID-19 antibodies be equivalent to vaccinated status.
Proposed law provides that proof of COVID-19 antibodies is equivalent to having the SARS-COV-2
vaccination in any public facility.
Proposed law provides that proof of prior COVID-19 infection and diagnosis is the equivalent to
having the SARS-COV-2 vaccination.
