Abstract: Changes the required frequency of the mullet stock assessment conducted by the Wildlife
and Fisheries Commission from every year to every five years.
Present law requires that the Wildlife and Fisheries Commission conduct an assessment of the mullet
stock annually. Proposed law changes the requirement of the stock assessment from annually to
every five years.
