ACT 153 (HB 446) 2022 Regular Session Deshotel
Authorizes the Red River, Atchafalaya, and Bayou Boeuf Levee District to exchange a
certain tract of land in Avoyelles Parish for a certain tract of land owned by Wade Bordelon
and to exchange a second tract of land in Avoyelles Parish for a certain tract of land owned
by Cutoff Properties, LLC. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights by the levee
district.
Effective upon signature of governor (May 25, 2022).
