Digest of Bill as Finally Passed by Senate Proposed law defines "professional or occupational licensing board" (board) and requires a board in this state to publish all of the following information on its website: (1)The total number of license renewals issued by the board. (2)The total number of new licenses issued by the board. (3)The total number of applications for license renewal that were denied by the board. (4)The total number of applications for new licenses that were denied by the board. Proposed law requires the board to publish the required information as it relates to the entire state and as it relates to each parish of residency.
