Abstract: Removes the termination date from the therapeutic use of marijuana law.
Present law requires that the provisions of the therapeutic use of marijuana that address rule making,
dispensing and licensure of dispensers, reporting requirements, location limitations based on
licensure, bidding and contract awards, and fees terminate on Jan. 1, 2025.
Proposed law repeals present law.
