Authorizes the transfer of certain state property in Iberia Parish from the commissioner of
administration and the office of state lands to Garland C. Lemaire. Provides for the reservation of
mineral rights. Specifies that authority for the state to make a direct transfer terminates Dec. 31,
2024, after which the state land office may proceed with selling the property under the provisions
of Title 41.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
