Authorizes the commissioner of administration to transfer certain state property in Iberia
Parish to Garland C. Lemaire. Provides for the reservation of mineral rights. Authorizes the
office of state lands to proceed with a sale of the property under the ordinary procedures
established for the sale of surplus state property if an agreement authorized by the Act is not
entered into between the parties by Dec. 31, 2024.
Effective upon signature of governor (May 25, 2022).
