Abstract: Excludes equipment or devices used or intended for use for the inhalation of raw or crude
marijuana for therapeutic use from the definition of drug paraphernalia.
Present law defines "drug paraphernalia".
Proposed law excludes any equipment or devices solely used or intended for use for the inhalation
of raw or crude marijuana, tetrahydrocannabinols, or a chemical derivative of tetrahydrocannabinols
for therapeutic use.
