RÉSUMÉ DIGEST ACT 121 (SB 102) 2022 Regular Session Foil Existing law provides that cotutorship of a minor child belongs to both parents with equal authority, privileges, and responsibilities. New law retains existing law and adds that the cotutors have equal authority to act alone or on behalf of the child and that these cases are called tutorship by nature. Effective May 25, 2022.
