SENATE BILL NO. 111

MUSEUMS.  Repeals provisions creating the establishment, location, purpose, and use of
the Tioga Heritage Park and Museum. (gov sig)
1	AN ACT
2 To repeal Chapter 5-K of Title 25 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950 comprised of
3 R.S. 25:380.81 through 380.87 and R.S. 36:744(F)(1)(b), relative to the Tioga
4 Heritage Park and Museum; and to provide for related matters.
5 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
6 Section 1. Chapter 5-K of Title 25 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950
7 comprised of R.S. 25:380.81 through 380.87 and R.S. 36:744(F)(1)(b) are hereby repealed.
8 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not
9 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
10 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If
11 vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become
12 effective on the day following such approval.
