Present law permits health insurers to allow affiliated health plans to access provider contracts.
Proposed law provides the activity and practice authorized in present law is not considered or
decreed an antitrust violation or injury and is consistent with the original intent of the legislature.
Requires proposed law is retroactive to August 1, 2016.
Effective August 1, 2022.
