1 AN ACT
2 To repeal Part IV of Chapter 3 of Title 34 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,
3 comprised of R.S. 34:481 through 490, relative to navigation districts; to repeal the
4 creation of the Calcasieu-Cameron Navigation District; to repeal all policies, duties
5 and functions created to administer the district; to repeal tax, fee, and bond authority
6 for the district; and to provide for related matters.
7 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.
8 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
9 Section 1. Part IV of Chapter 3 Title 34 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes of 1950,
10 comprised of R.S. 34:481 through 490, is hereby repealed.
