Proposed law provides the LTA shall accept unsolicited proposals for design builds.
Proposed law further provides the department shall notify interested bidders by public advertisement
of the unsolicited proposal, received by LTA.
Proposed law further provides interested parties shall submit a formal request of consideration within
thirty days and be allowed no more than sixty days to submit a proposal including schedule, design,
and cost.
Effective August 1, 2022.
