SCR 39 Engrossed 2022 Regular Session Allain
Requests the La. Dept. of Health to study and develop a proposal for a statewide patient
movement plan that identifies load-balancing practices for use during declared disasters.
Requests the department to submit the proposal to the standing legislative committees on
health and welfare and the select legislative committees on homeland security no later than
60 days prior to the convening of the 2023 R.S.
