COMMENDATIONS. Commends Senator and Mrs. Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. on the
joyous occasion of their marriage.
1 A RESOLUTION
2 To commend Senator and Mrs. Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. on the joyous occasion of their
3 marriage.
4 WHEREAS, Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. and Brittany Michelle Wiley were joined
5 together in holy matrimony on April 2, 2022; and
6 WHEREAS, the wedding ceremony was held at the Feazel Chapel of the First Baptist
7 Church of West Monroe, Louisiana; and
8 WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize and commend them upon the joyous
9 celebration of their wedding ceremony; and
10 WHEREAS, Stewart and Brittany were surrounded on this special occasion by their
11 loving families and friends, including their parents, Stewart and Donna Cathey and George
12 and Lisa Wiley; and
13 WHEREAS, Stewart and Brittany's commitment to each other is a beautiful example
14 of love and devotion that is an inspiration to their entire community; and
15 WHEREAS, all who observe them are reminded of the grace, commitment, and love
16 that marriage offers; and
17 WHEREAS, the marriage of this special couple is a memorable and grand occasion
18 that merits the sincerest congratulations.

1 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana
2 does hereby commend and congratulate Senator and Mrs. Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. on the
3 joyous occasion of their marriage.
4 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana does
5 hereby express enduring pride and appreciation for the tremendous generosity and dedication
6 that Stewart and Brittany share with each other and their family, friends, community, and
7 state.
8 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana does
9 hereby extend its very best wishes to the couple for continued happiness and the richest
10 blessings as they enjoy their future together.
11 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution be transmitted to
12 Senator and Mrs. Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr.
