2022 Regular Session ENROLLED SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 39 BY SENATORS REESE, ABRAHAM, ALLAIN, BARROW, BERNARD, BOUDREAUX, BOUIE, CARTER, CONNICK, CORTEZ, FESI, FIELDS, FOIL, HARRIS, HENSGENS, HEWITT, LAMBERT, LUNEAU, MCMATH, MILLIGAN, FRED MILLS, ROBERT MILLS, MIZELL, MORRIS, PEACOCK, POPE, PRICE, SMITH, STINE, WARD, WHITE AND WOMACK A RESOLUTION To commend Senator and Mrs. Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. on the joyous occasion of their marriage. WHEREAS, Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. and Brittany Michelle Wiley were joined together in holy matrimony on April 2, 2022; and WHEREAS, the wedding ceremony was held at the Feazel Chapel of the First Baptist Church of West Monroe, Louisiana; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate to recognize and commend them upon the joyous celebration of their wedding ceremony; and WHEREAS, Stewart and Brittany were surrounded on this special occasion by their loving families and friends, including their parents, Stewart and Donna Cathey and George and Lisa Wiley; and WHEREAS, Stewart and Brittany's commitment to each other is a beautiful example of love and devotion that is an inspiration to their entire community; and WHEREAS, all who observe them are reminded of the grace, commitment, and love that marriage offers; and WHEREAS, the marriage of this special couple is a memorable and grand occasion that merits the sincerest congratulations. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Senate of the Legislature of Louisiana does hereby commend and congratulate Senator and Mrs. Stewart Arthur Cathey Jr. on the joyous occasion of their marriage.
