Children's Code Article 1264 is hereby amended and reenacted to read 7as follows: 8 Art. 1264. Post-adoption visitation rights of grandparents 9 Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the natural parents of 10 a deceased party to a marriage dissolved by death parent whose child is thereafter 11 adopted, and the parents of a party who has forfeited the right to object to the 12 adoption of his child pursuant to Article 1245 may have limited visitation rights to 13 the minor child so adopted.
