Abstract: Removes certain funds from the state treasury.
Present law (R.S. 3:4711 and 4712) establishes the Agricultural and Seafood Products Support Fund
and provides for deposits and uses of monies in such fund.
Proposed law repeals present law.
Present law (R.S. 30:136.1) provides for deposits into the Louisiana Investment Fund for
Enhancement.
Proposed law repeals present law.
Present law (R.S. 30:301-303) establishes the Louisiana Investment Fund for Enhancement and
provides for deposits and uses of monies in such fund.
Proposed law repeals present law.
Present law (R.S. 39:98.5) establishes the Millennium Leverage Fund and provides for deposits and
uses of monies in such fund.
Proposed law repeals present law.
Present law (R.S. 49:214.8.7) establishes the Atchafalaya Basin Conservation Fund and provides for
deposits and uses of monies in such fund.

Effective if and when the proposed amendment of Article VII and Article IX of the Constitution of
