Abstract: Changes the salary of magistrate judges from 75% to 90% of the salary paid to judges.
Present law provides that the salary of magistrate judges in the 14th JDC shall be 75% of the salary
paid to judges of the 14th JDC.
Proposed law changes the salary of magistrate judges from 75% to 90% of the salary paid to judges
of the 14th JDC.
