R.S. 15:541(12)(e) is hereby amended and reenacted and R.S. 715:541(12)(f) is hereby enacted to read as follows: 8 ยง541. Present law (R.S. 15:541) provides for definitions of certain terms applicable to present law (R.S. 15:541 through 553). Proposed law changes the definition of "criminal offense against a victim who is a minor" to include the present law offenses of cruelty to juveniles (R.S. 14:93) and second degree cruelty to juveniles (RS. 14:93.2.3).
