Present law provides regulations for holders of Class "R" restaurant permits. Proposed law retains present law and authorizes the restaurant establishment to sell alcoholic beverages for consumption off premises. Proposed law requires that alcoholic beverages authorized for sale for off-premise consumption be prepared with an appropriate lid or cover on the container.
