The portion of Louisiana Highway 398 that passes through Assumption 7Parish, Louisiana, between Labadieville and Bayou L'Ourse shall be known and is hereby 8designated as the "Commander Glenn Daigle Memorial Highway". 9 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are 10hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation 11provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's 12actual costs for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to 13exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.
