Abstract: Designates Act No. 619 of the 2022 Regular Session and R.S. 40:2193.6 as the "Lane
Allen Gottschalck Act".
Proposed law provides that Act No. 619 of the 2022 Regular Session, relative to pediatric day
healthcare facilities licensed by the La. Dept. of Health, shall be known and may be cited as the
"Lane Allen Gottschalck Act".
Proposed law provides that R.S. 40:2193.6 is dedicated to the memory of Lane Allen Gottschalck.
(Amends §4 of Act No. 619 of the 2022 R.S.; Adds R.S. 40:2193.6(D) and §5 of Act No. 619 of the
2022 R.S.)
