APPROPRIATIONS/SUPP PAY:  Makes supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-
2023
1	AN ACT
2To appropriate funds from certain sources to be allocated to designated agencies and
3 purposes in specific amounts for the making of supplemental appropriations for said
4 agencies and purposes for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; to provide for an effective date;
5 and to provide for related matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1.  The following sums are hereby appropriated from the State General Fund
8(Direct) for the purpose of making supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
9	EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT
1001-107DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION
11Payable out of the State General Fund (Direct)
12to the Community Development Block Grant
13Program for the closeout of the Road Home Program	$20,500,000
14 Section 2.  This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not
15signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
16by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana.  If
17vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become
18effective on the day following such approval.
