1 AN ACT
2 To appropriate funds from certain sources to be allocated to designated agencies and
3 purposes in specific amounts for the making of supplemental appropriations for said
4 agencies and purposes for Fiscal Year 2022-2023; to provide for an effective date;
5 and to provide for related matters.
6 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. The following sums are hereby appropriated from the sources specified for
8 the purpose of making supplemental appropriations for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.

11 Payable out of the State General Fund (Direct)
12 to the Community Development Block Grant
13 Program for the closeout of the Road Home Program $20,500,000
14 LEGISLATIVE EXPENSE
15 24-960LEGISLATIVE BUDGETARY CONTROL COUNCIL
16 Payable out of the State General Fund
17 by Statutory Dedications out of the Legislative
18 Capitol Technology Enhancement Fund to
19 the Legislative Budgetary Control Council $ 6,000,000

1 Section 2. This Act shall become effective upon signature by the governor or, if not
2 signed by the governor, upon expiration of the time for bills to become law without signature
3 by the governor, as provided by Article III, Section 18 of the Constitution of Louisiana. If
4 vetoed by the governor and subsequently approved by the legislature, this Act shall become
5 effective on the day following such approval.
