1.Appropriates $6,000,000 to the Legislative Budgetary Control Council.

Appropriates $26.5 M in supplemental funding for Fiscal Year 2022-2023. Provides for
$20.5 M of State General Fund (Direct) for the closeout of the Road Home Program within
the Division of Administration. Provides for $6 M in State General Fund by Statutory
Dedications out of the Legislative Capitol Technology Enhancement Fund to the Legislative
Budgetary Control Council.
Effective upon signature of governor or lapse of time for gubernatorial action.
