New law appropriates $26.5 M in supplemental funding for Fiscal Year 2022-2023.
Appropriates $20.5 M of State General Fund (Direct) to the division of administration for
the closeout of the Road Home Program. Appropriates $6 M of State General Fund by
Statutory Dedications (Legislative Capitol Technology Enhancement Fund) to the Legislative
Budgetary Control Council.
Effective upon signature of the governor (May 30, 2023).
