Requests the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, in conjunction with the office of state buildings and
in consultation with the Dept. of Culture, Recreation and Tourism's state historic
preservation officer, to plan and implement, subject to the approval of the governor, the
president of the Senate, and the speaker of the House of Representatives, a Purple Heart Trail
in the La. Veterans Memorial Park, located on the grounds surrounding the state capitol.
