Requests the legislative auditor to provide information to the House regarding projects administered
by DOTD included in the Capital Outlay Act for the current fiscal year and for each of the previous
five fiscal years, including the priority level, project location, bond priority, general fund obligation,
status, expenditures to date, and estimated completion date for each such project along with any
recommendations for improvement no later than Feb. 15, 2024.
