Creates a special study committee of the House of Representatives to study the need for and
obstacles to the installation of sidewalks at Edna Karr High School in New Orleans. Provides for
six members, three of whom shall be members of the House Committee on Municipal, Parochial and
Cultural Affairs appointed by the chairman of that committee and three of whom shall be members
of the House Committee on Transportation, Highways and Public Works appointed by the chairman
of that committee. Provides that the committee shall report its findings and recommendations to the
House of Representatives no later than 60 days prior to the 2024 R.S.
