1 AN ACT
2 To enact R.S. 32:429(A)(3), relative to fees charged at the office of motor vehicles field
3 offices; to authorize the governing authority of the city of West Monroe to levy a fee
4 for each service or transaction carried out as an operation of the office of motor
5 vehicles field office in the city of West Monroe; and to provide for related matters.
6 Notice of intention to introduce this Act has been published.
7 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
8 Section 1. R. S. 32:429(A)(3) is hereby enacted to read as follows:
9 ยง429. Office of motor vehicles field offices; authorization of fees

12 (3) The fee provided for in Paragraph (1) of this Subsection may be
13 levied in an amount not to exceed eight dollars by the local governing authority
14 of the city of West Monroe.
