Present law requires that the Ethics Adjudicatory Board to give public notice of its hearings that are
conducted pursuant to present law.
Proposed law retains present law and further requires the notice to be mailed to the address at which
the respondent was served with the charges pending before the board or a more recent address
provided by the respondent or the respondent's attorney of record.
Effective August 1, 2023.
