Present law prohibits credits from being granted or reserved under the Angel Investor Tax Credit
Program for applications received by the Department of Economic Development on or after July 1,
2025.
Proposed law extends the sunset of the program from July 1, 2025, to July 1, 2029.
Effective August 1, 2023.
