Directs the commissioner of administration to change the expenditure limit for FY 2022-2023 from
$15,889,263,342 to $16,389,263,343.
Directs the commissioner of administration to change the expenditure limit for FY 2023-2024 from
$16,497,721,252 to $18,297,721,252.
Provides that the calculation of the expenditure limit for Fiscal Year 2024-2025, and thereafter, shall
not be affected or changed by the proposed resolution.
Summary of Amendments Adopted by Senate
Senate Floor Amendments to engrossed bill
1. Change the proposed increase in the expenditure limit for FY 2022-2023 from an
additional $766,234,416 to an additional $500,000,000.
2. Change the proposed increase in the expenditure limit for FY 2023-2024 from an
additional $766,234,416 to an additional $1,800,000,000.
3. Add that proposed resolution shall not effect the calculation of the expenditure limit
for FY 2024-2025.
