LEGISLATIVE FISCAL OFC. Elects Alan M. Boxberger as legislative fiscal officer.
1 A CONCURRENT RESOL UTION
2 To elect Alan M. Boxberger as legislative fiscal officer.
3 WHEREAS, there exists a vacancy in the office of legislative fiscal officer; and
4 WHEREAS, R.S. 24:602 provides that the legislative fiscal officer shall be elected
5 by a favorable vote of a majority of the elected members of both houses of the legislature;
6 and
7 WHEREAS, after reviewing applicants for the office as further requested by
8 R.S. 24:602, the Senate Committee on Finance and the House Committee on Appropriations
9 recommend that Alan M. Boxberger be elected as legislative fiscal officer.
10 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Legislature of Louisiana does hereby
11 elect Alan M. Boxberger as legislative fiscal officer.
