Abstract: Prohibits the receipt of tax revenues or other public monies by certain interscholastic
extracurricular athletic associations.
Proposed constitutional amendment prohibits the receipt of tax revenues or other public monies by
interscholastic extracurricular athletic associations involved with high school athletics.
Provides for submission of the proposed amendment to the voters at the statewide election to be held
March 29, 2025.
