HIGHWAYS: Designates a portion of Highway 175 in Mansfield, Louisiana, in DeSoto
Parish as the "Jerius Marshall Highway" and a portion of Highway 133 in Start,
Louisiana, in Richland Parish as the "Luke Letlow Memorial Highway"
1 AN ACT
2To designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 175 in Mansfield, Louisiana, in DeSoto Parish
3 as the "Jerius Marshall Highway"; to designate a portion of Louisiana Highway 133
4 in Start, Louisiana, in Richland Parish as the "Luke Letlow Memorial Highway"; and
5 to provide for related matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 175 from Par Road 552 to Par Road
849 in Mansfield, Louisiana, in DeSoto Parish shall be known and is hereby designated as the
9"Jerius Marshall Highway".
10 Section 2. The portion of Louisiana Highway 133 from Interstate 20 to Solon
11Bennett Road in Start, Louisiana, in Richland Parish shall be known and is hereby
12designated as the "Luke Letlow Memorial Highway".
13 Section 3. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
14hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting these designations
15provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
16actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installations of each sign, not to
17exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.

in DeSoto Parish as the "Jerius Marshall Highway".
Designates a portion of La. Hwy. 133 from I-20 to Solon Bennett Rd. in Start, La., in
Richland Parish as the "Luke Letlow Memorial Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain
appropriate signage reflecting these highway designations provided local or private monies
are received by the DOTD equal to its actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting posts,
and installations of each sign, not to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
