HB 136 Engrossed 2024 Regular Session Jackson
Designates a portion of La. Hwy. 175 from Par Road 552 to Par Road 49 in Mansfield, La., in
DeSoto Parish as the "Jerius Marshall Highway".
Designates a portion of La. Hwy. 133 from I-20 to Solon Bennett Rd. in Start, La., in Richland
Parish as the "Luke Letlow Memorial Highway".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) to erect and maintain appropriate
signage reflecting these highway designations provided local or private monies are received by the
DOTD equal to its actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installations of each
sign, not to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.

The Committee Amendments Proposed by House Committee on Transportation, Highways and
Public Works to the original bill:
1. Add a designation to name a portion of La. Hwy. 133 from I-20 to Solon Bennett Rd. as
the "Luke Letlow Memorial Highway".
