Abstract:  Provides that any person convicted of a sex offense may be subject to a vasectomy
procedure.
Proposed law provides that in addition to any other penalties provided by law, any person who is
convicted of a sex offense as defined in present law (R.S. 15:541) may be subject to a vasectomy
procedure.
