HIGHWAYS/INTERSTATE: Designates a certain portion of Louisiana Highway 383
1 AN ACT
2To amend and reenact Section 1 of Act No. 50 of the 2023 Regular Session of the
3 Legislature, relative to the designation of Louisiana Highway 383 in Jefferson Davis
4 Parish; to change the mile marker identifiers for the designation of the memorial
5 highway; and to provide for related matters.
6Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
7 Section 1. Section 1 of Act No. 50 of the 2023 Regular Session of the Legislature
8is hereby amended and reenacted to read as follows:
9 Section 1. The portion of Louisiana Highway 383 from mile marker
10 seventeen six to mile marker nineteen eight shall be known and is hereby designated
11 as the "Sergeant Major William Arlen Marcantel Memorial Highway".
