Existing law authorizes charitable gaming operations.
Prior law prohibited the rate of compensation for charitable gaming personnel from
exceeding $15 per hour and $90 per session.
New law increases the compensation from $15 to $20 per hour and from $90 to $100 per
session.
Effective August 1, 2024.
