HUNTING/LICENSES:  Repeals obsolete hunting license provisions
1	AN ACT
2To repeal R.S. 56:103(B) and (C)(2), relative to hunting license provisions.
3Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
4 Section 1.  R.S. 56:103(B) and (C)(2) are hereby repealed in their entirety.

Abstract: Repeals obsolete hunting license provisions.
Present law allows basic hunting licenses which do not authorize deer, turkey, bobcat, or
migratory waterfowl hunting to be issued over a certain period during the year.  Proposed
law repeals present law.
Present law provides for a primitive firearm license that may be authorized to take deer
during a special deer hunting season for primitive firearms.  Proposed law repeals present
law.
