Present law allows basic hunting licenses which do not authorize deer, turkey, bobcat, or migratory waterfowl hunting to be issued over a certain period during the year. Proposed law repeals present law. Present law provides for a primitive firearm license that may be authorized to take deer during a special deer hunting season for primitive firearms.
