Prior law allowed basic hunting licenses which did not authorize deer, turkey, bobcat, or
migratory waterfowl hunting to be issued over a certain period during the year. New law
repeals prior law.
Prior law provided for a primitive firearm license that may be authorized to take deer during
a special deer hunting season for primitive firearms. New law repeals prior law.
Effective August 1, 2024.
