Abstract: Authorizes the 25th JDC to hold civil and criminal sessions of court in Plaquemines
Parish west of the Mississippi River.
Present law authorizes district judges to fix terms of court and hold sessions of court in accordance
with the number of parishes in the district.
Proposed law retains present law and permits the judge in the 25th JDC to hold civil and criminal
sessions of court in Plaquemines Parish west of the Mississippi River.
