Abstract: Authorizes distilled spirits domestically bottled or imported in 750 ml containers and
1.00 liter containers to be packed with not more than 12 containers per shipping case.
Present law provides restrictions of container sizes for distilled spirits sold in or shipped into the
state of La.
Present law provides restrictions for the number of containers per shipping case.
Proposed law retains present law and provides that a case of 750 ml containers shall consist of not
more than 12 containers. Provides further that a case of 1.00 liter containers shall consist of not more
than 12 containers.
