Existing law provides restrictions of container sizes for distilled spirits sold in or shipped
into the state of La.
Existing law provides restrictions for the number of containers per shipping case.
New law provides that a case of 750 ml containers shall consist of not more than 12
containers. Provides further that a case of 1.00 liter containers shall consist of not more than
12 containers.
Effective August 1, 2024.
