1 AN ACT
2 To designate the bridge on Louisiana Highway 648 over Bayou Lafourche as the "Austin
3 Bush Memorial Bridge" and to provide for related matters.
4 Be it enacted by the Legislature of Louisiana:
5 Section 1. The bridge on Louisiana Highway 648 over Bayou Lafourche in
6 Thibodaux, Louisiana, shall be known and is hereby designated as the "Austin Bush
7 Memorial Bridge".
8 Section 2. The Department of Transportation and Development or its contractors are
9 hereby directed to erect and maintain appropriate signage reflecting this designation
10 provided local or private monies are received by the department equal to the department's
11 actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting posts, and installation of each sign, not to
12 exceed the sum of five hundred fifty dollars per sign.
