ACT 82 (HB 648) 2024 Regular Session Zeringue
Designates the bridge on LA Hwy. 648 over Bayou Lafourche as the "Austin Bush Memorial
Bridge".
Directs the Dept. of Transportation and Development (DOTD) or its contractors to erect and
maintain appropriate signage reflecting this highway designation provided local or private
monies are received by the DOTD equal to its actual cost for material, fabrication, mounting
posts, and installation of each sign, not to exceed the sum of $550 per sign.
Effective August 1, 2024.
